Kirilka Peeva-Müller

Kirilka Peeva-Müller is an independent international management consultant with a background in business administration and marketing. She has lived and worked for extended periods in Bulgaria, Hungary, Switzerland, Austria, and Italy and spent four years in Mongolia, working for an international project. Kirilka has traveled to over 50 countries around the world.
In addition to English, she is also fluent in Hungarian and Russian and is conversant in German and Italian. Her native language is Bulgarian.
Kirilka has extensive experience in living and working in various cultures through the past 28 years and business experience in the CEE, Western Europe and Asia. Her main activities have been the introduction of Ukrainian and Russian companies to the international business scene in the early years of transition 1990-95. She combines her international business background to coach individuals and teams with cross-cultural communication, motivation and conflict resolution issues. She has an excellent understanding of the social, economic and political situation in the Central-Eastern European countries, including the needs of and opportunities for small and medium scale enterprises, and consulting.
She is a member of the Society for Intercultural Education, Training, and Research (SIETAR) Europa, the European professional organization of interculturalists with branches in most of the European countries.
She continues to research and develop tailor-made programs for individual training in intercultural communication and management. Her recent work is focused on the issues of transnational leadership through M & A’s in the CEE. Kirilka brings many years of hands-on experience in cross-cultural business and trading activity, helping individuals and groups implement solutions to leadership development challenges.
